INTRODUCTION

Radina started her HR career in 2010 when she graduated from Sofia University (BA in Psychology) and joined an Austrian executive search firm called HILL International. Her first role back then was related to market and competition research, building an understanding of the European talent pool and developing a network of international contacts. After being promoted to a full-cycle HR consultant, she started partnering with clients from various industries (from FMCG to pharma and tech) looking to hire seasoned professionals in established headquarters or new branches across the Balkans. Her open communication style allowed her to build strong relationships with numerous passive and active candidates whom she placed successfully in companies like BMW, Henkel and HP. Being a natural people-person, Radina developed interest in Organisational psychology which led to enrollment in a CIPD remote diploma course and a Global Career Development Facilitator program.

She was also a dedicated advisor and career coach, providing outplacement, HR due diligence, interview preparation and psychometric evaluation services.

In 2013, Radina relocated to Ireland and continued to support remotely HILL. A few months later she joined LinkedIn as a Talent partner for the growing EMEA region. During her 4-year tenure, she hired a number of multilingual experts across 9 offices and all four business lines (Talent, Sales, Marketing and Learning solutions), giving her strategic exposure and strong business acumen. Additionally, Radina established herself as a university speaker, trainer and program mentor supporting job seekers and junior specialists in their career development. In the spring of 2017, she took a leap of faith and moved to Singapore with the goal to learn more about the culture, lifestyle and hiring in Asia Pacific. She had the chance to work with a small research team in a boutique executive company focused on financial mandates. Five months later Radina got the opportunity to work at the European headquarters of Airbnb as a Global Recruiter. This gave her an even broader perspective and the chance to hire in 3 continents, partner with over 25 hiring managers and set up the first tech team in Dublin. Her latest managerial position before becoming an entrepreneur was with another American SaaS company, an online automotive market place called CarGurus. She was responsible for all recruitment and talent attraction activities, employer branding and internal trainings.

As of January 2019, Radina is the founder of Vox Advisory – an individual and corporate talent advisory dedicated to repairing the bridge between candidates and organisations when it comes to expectations, values and best practices. She collaborates with start-ups who are building their talent strategy and professionals looking to relocate to Ireland, work remotely or are just searching for the right job. Furthermore, Radina is a vivid traveler, former swimmer and board games enthusiast.
